Presagis grows presence in U.S. simulation market
Orlando, FL – I/ITSEC 2009 – November 30, 2009 – Presagis™, leading provider of commercial-off-the shelf (COTS) modeling, simulation and embedded graphics solutions, today announced it has expanded its Orlando facility to better serve the growing Central Florida modeling and simulation (M&S) community. Based out of this office, the Presagis North American Sales and Service organization will continue to build close ties with Florida-based partners and customers including Boeing, CAE, Carley, General Dynamics, Lockheed-Martin, Raydon, Raytheon, and the University of Central Florida - in addition to many other local-based military and defence organizations.

The new Presagis facility is located in the Central Florida Research Park, abutting the main campus of the University of Central Florida, and doubles the size of office and demonstration facilities for the company at 12424 Research Parkway. The office presently hosts approximately 20 employees from several departments who will provide local customers and partners with the level of service and support to which they are accustomed. The office has been designed to accommodate a growing staff of software engineers and technical service consultants who will support the significant pipeline of new business at Presagis, particularly the company’s powerful Image Generation (IG) business.
According to the Florida High Tech Corridor, Orlando has one of the largest clusters of modeling, simulation and training companies in the entire United States.
